Managing Your Recurring Order

Editing, Temporarily Suspending, or Canceling a Recurring Order

Choose "My Account" from the left side menu. If you have not logged in, you will be asked to do so. Once logged in, you will see a list of Recurring Orders on the right side of the "My Account" page. Click "View" to see an expanded list of your recurring orders. Each Recurring Order has an "Edit Recurring Order" button. Clicking the button will provide a form with which you can change the quantity of passes, the type of benefits, the amount of benefits or other voucher payment applied to the order, and the shipping method. You will also be able to temporarily suspend the order. Click "Update Recurring Order" to save changes. There is also a "Cancel Recurring Order" button here to permanently cancel the order.
