From the CommuterDirect.com home page, choose "Create Account" from the "Manage Account" menu on a desktop or laptop or the "Create an Account" link at the top of the page on a mobile device. Before you can submit the form you must click the checkbox to accept the the CommuterDirect.com Terms and Conditions. Click "Create Account" to save your new account record. Be sure to take note of the login ID and password you've chosen, and keep them in a safe place.
Please note that your CommuterDirect.com account may not have an email address that duplicates an existing active account. If you attempt to create an account with an email address that already exists in the CommuterDirect.com system you will be prompted to retrieve the login and/or password for your existing account, or to contact support for further assistance.
When you save your new account, CommuterDirect.com will send you an email asking you to confirm your email address. You must click the confirmation link in this email before you can place a one-time or recurring order.
